In many ways, they are best positioned to help tackle some of the thorniest issues in our industry: gender equity, racial justice, immigrant fair treatment, sustainable wages, career advancement and healthy work environments. In creating the Restaurant Managers’ Network, RWCF hopes to bring together like-minded hospitality professionals to share concerns, ideas, and solutions for making this industry kinder and more sustainable.
